Zumba Fitness uses Latin and International sounds such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, samba, flamenco, cha cha cha, bachata, reggaeton, quebradita, bellydancing and mambo to create an aerobic calorie-burning and body-toning party. Zumba Fitness Brings the Party!!! Get Fierce... Participants burn over 500 calories as they alternate high and low impact moves to burn fat, develop muscles, and uplift their mood. You do not have to be a dancer or have any dance training to enjoy Zumba Fitness classes. All fitness levels are welcome. Each song contains only three or four moves. This makes Zumba Fitness easy for almost everyone. Zumba Fitness is Fierce!!! Get Hot.... Caliente means "hot" in Spanish.
